ENGAGED COMMUNITIES
Music, food, talks & insights, yoga, sound baths, flower markets, fur-friendly workspaces, art installations, cultural experiences… all part of the “Activated Building” as seen by ISPT, as the fabric to engage communities within their spaces.
Who doesn’t like delicious catered food, warm melodies laced with beautiful lyrics, laughter and insights to greet you at your place of work?
It’s a very welcoming sense of place, and is wonderful for those that are back the office / CBD for work; the new work-schedule balance is looking great for the future from where I stand!
Underlying it all however, is the sense of community - it all centres on the philosophy of creating a close, inclusive and positive community for tenants, done by building an environment to foster collaboration, a space to exchange knowledge / ideas, strong support of our different lives with the WFH adjustments, and the invaluable opportunity to socialise and network.
When all the activities come together, it is a very powerful platform not only to foster the efficiencies and positivity of the workplace, but also to exercise the principles held by the organisation - the sense of purpose, a sustainable message, inclusion and respect: Indigenous Affairs, environmental actions and diversity amongst it all.
There is a new type of balance in the workspace today.
