THE PRECINCT
The task was to refresh an image library with fresh and relevant visual assets for use in property campaigns, marketing materials, and branding, both internally and externally.
The challenge, a familiar one, was to produce a broad range of images aligned with key messaging pillars: retail, entertainment, transport, meeting and collaborative spaces, fitness facilities, and end-of-trip services.
Time was the greatest hurdle, with only two days allocated for the creation of stills and motion assets.
The solution lay in efficiency.
Two agile creative teams worked concurrently, alongside two sets of talent, a stylist, a hair and makeup artist, a producer, and an art director. With a solid investment in pre-production, the project was executed without a hitch — four days of planning, a half-day technical scout, and five to six days for post-production.
The outcome was a brand video, its components, and a stills library, ready for deployment across three property assets within the precinct. Presented below are select stills from the collection, showcasing various creative colour grades as options.

Spending time at the workplace is about a rounded life - the surrounds are as important as the space at which you work. it's vibrancy, the openness, that smell of coffee and the freedom to move and access the wider vicinity with transportation.
FACILITIES AND MEETINGS
Meetings, collaborative spaces, conferences, end-of-trip facilities, natural open spaces and comfortable transition areas all create a convenience and a productive physical ecosystem.
