In an IT business with a heavy work-from-home culture, the "office" is usually just a series of tiles on a video call.
We recently worked with Eddie and his team at their HQ to create a comprehensive image and video library. The goal was simple but specific: avoid the sterile "people behind monitors" trope and capture the actual personalities that make the business work.
It turns out that when you give a remote team a clear plan and enough space to be themselves, they actually enjoy being in front of the lens.
Because the team is usually remote, this wasn’t just a shoot—it became a pseudo team-building day; complete with games, an El-Jannah feast, cheese & crackers plates and a whole of friendly colleague jibes and stories.
There is a certain electric energy that happens when people step out from behind their screens to participate in building their own brand culture. If you can get a remote IT team to find their "on-emotion" side in a single day, you know the culture is solid.
The Production Strategy: To respect everyone’s time, we planned the day with concurrent workflows. While one group was in corporate portraits, another was filming interviews, and a third was capturing internal brand assets. It was fast-paced, but we ensured as much as possible was packed into the day to minimise downtime—because we need to maximise the output / deliverables for the big operational time investment required for this.
The Strategic ROI:
Authenticity: We traded stock-photo perfection for the "secret ingredient" of Eddie’s business—the human on the other side of technology.
Efficiency: A year’s worth of visual assets created in a single mobilisation.
Culture: A team that walked away feeling like they had actually contributed to the "face" of the company.
We do the heavy lifting in the background to ensure the experience is as stressless as possible, leaving the team free enjoy the process and put their 'best selves' forward.

Portraiture is a funny thing... you can never just have one. Often you need various alternatives to fit the specific use or context - you'd use a different shot for a speaker profile vs your Linked In head-shot. The ones I always gravitate to are the moments that shine when you are unguarded; often the less appropriate ones for the "traditional corporate look".
Some behind the scenes clips to give you insight to how messy I am as a photographer on set! Lenses, cables, lights, batteries scattered in an organised chaos. Safely of course!
Image libraries are critical for brand and marketing teams to maintain momentum for their visual asset needs through the year. Socials, website updates, internal branding and external marketing are heavily reliant on assets that are true to the brand and readily available for use. Here is a selection of the 100+ images we produced for this library.
A key benefit of investing in a high-quality set of stills imagery, is the flexibility it provides for the digital workflow.
Post-production tools will allow images to be multiplied in to variations, motion clips and manipulated to extend its use cases and life. This essentially delivers more value and ROI. Here is an example:
