Every so often, you get the opportunity with a corporate client to add a little more energy to their portraits; with colour and expression.
Sophie and Holly helmed these projects to great success; getting access to be the best locations within gorgeous buildings in the Sydney CBD. Thoughtful planning aligned each sitter to function, which not only connects the subject to their roles through context, it made them feel much more at ease delivering an authentic and natural photograph.
If there is one good outcome of the lower foot / human traffic in the CBD these days, it's that it makes shoot production a little less inconvenient! We had the chance to use location, facilities and move about with ease to setup lighting; minimal impact to the operations of the business.
As they say "there is always an opportunity to be found"...
Using lights with small a small foot-print, we were able to move through our planned shot-list efficiently - 10 subjects with work-style images and portraits for the photo library; within the day; wireless equipment was also essential for safety and mobility.
